Shipping policy

  • Order Processing: All orders placed before 10:00 PM CET will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Times:

    • Europe: typically 3–7 business days

    • Rest of World: typically 7–14 business days
      (Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs.)

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
