Refund policy

At Keaps, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our return policy below:

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Health & Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@getkeaps.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

  • Refunds: Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting our team first, as unannounced returns cannot be processed.
